Maple Ridge Pale Ale is a Very malt forward old school Pale Ale that has a very light hop profile with little to no bitterness. This beer is made for those of you who are looking for an easy drinking beer without being overwhelmed by the hoppy IPA's that we love to brew. If you are a fan of domestic beers, this beer is for you.

The OG Flagship recipe is back...we went back to the original recipe and stepped the game up!! How did we do it?? Well we re-sourced the Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops to ensure that we have the best available hops, then we stepped up the grain bill to ensure that we had the finest malts we could find, and then we adjusted our process a tiny bit to get the body that we wanted. This brings us back a few years and we couldn't be happier at how flavorful this beer is. Enjoy!

Tropic Dancer is a wonderful hazy IPA bursting with late notes of mango and papaya and carrying a very soft and creamy mouth feel. We scoured the earth to find some of the most highly sought after and hard to source ingredients in the world. When we put everything together we have come up with a fan favorite we think you will love.

The start of a new IPA developmental series that we brewed with new exotic hops, a new yeast strain, and a blend of European, and Maine Made Malt. In the kettle we used a blend of Magnum, Sabro, as well as the new HBC 1019 hops for depth, along with the exotic Krush and Nectaron from New Zealand on the dry hop side. Summit Sipper is brewed with locally sourced Malt from Maine Malt House. This DIPA’s hop profile brings out bold floral, tropical, and citrusy flavors and finishes with a slightly dank and firm balanced bitterness that big beer drinkers love.  This is juice bomb is delicious and comes at you like a big beer should….enjoy one of these bad boys on the top of your favorite summit!

Cosmic Eclipse is a wonderfully smooth stout brewed with a heavy dose of locally produced dark wheat partnered with some of the finest European Malts available. We lightly hopped this stout to allow for the fermentation flavors of the Irish yeast strain to shine through as the star. We then layered in a healthy dose of peanut butter that shines through on the back end. **Produced with Peanuts for those with allergies**

Easy Dreamin' is a wonderful Hefeweizen that is bursting with flavors of Clove and Banana. This is a very light bodied, bright beer with a nice crisp finish coming in at a 5.0% ABV. Brewed with a blend Maine produced malt, this beer is full of flavor and is very easy drinking beer. Easy Dreamin' is hopped with traditional German Noble Hops and has been brewed to style.
